My lock has real issues locking when using the keypad since I got it and now the phone app won’t work either, it says its a cylinder error. I do the calibration a lot, ive even took the lock apart and oiled it but doesnt seem to help. It seems nearly like a software issue, or that the internal motor struggles to turn, but when using the phone it seems to do it better and has less issues but still does it. Has anyone else experienced this? It locked me out today and I had to climb in a window.
