Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the Fibaro dimmer modules and how I managed to resolve a compatibility issue with my Saturn Clipsal wall switches. I recently installed a couple of Fibaro relays (FGS-223 and FGD-212 dimmer) in my home, and while everything works fine through the Z-Wave system, I encountered a problem with the wall switches themselves. The blue LED backlights on the Saturn switches were causing the Fibaro relays to malfunction, especially since there was no neutral wire available at the wall plate. This meant that the wall switches wouldn’t work when the LED backlights were on, which was quite frustrating. After some research and experimentation, I discovered that disconnecting the LED backlights at the wiring on the back of the wall plate was the only solution. While this isn’t an ideal fix, it allowed the manual switches to function properly. I would love to find a way to keep the LED backlights on without affecting the Fibaro relays, but for now, this workaround has been the most reliable.
