Hey everyone, I’ve been having a bit of trouble with my Fibaro FGS-223 motion sensor. Let me share my experience and hopefully get some insights or solutions from the community.
I installed the sensor behind an AC outlet and paired it with my Fibaro Home Center Lite. The initial setup seemed smooth, but here’s the issue: when I try to turn the sensor on via the control panel, nothing happens. However, when I press the physical button (B) on the sensor, it responds perfectly—I hear a click, and the control panel updates the state accordingly.
This inconsistency is puzzling. I’ve double-checked the wiring and connections, and everything seems in order. I’ve also tried resetting both the sensor and the Home Center, but the problem persists.
I’d really appreciate any advice or troubleshooting tips. Has anyone encountered a similar issue with Fibaro sensors? Could it be a firmware problem, or perhaps a configuration setting I’ve overlooked? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
