Hey everyone! I wanted to share my experience setting up an automation using my Fibaro Motion Sensor with integrated luminance sensor. The goal was to have the lights turn on only when the luminance is below a certain threshold. However, I ran into an issue where the sensor detected high luminance after the lights turned on, causing them to turn off prematurely.
After some research and trial and error, I found a workaround by adjusting the motion detection settings in the Fibaro app. By setting the operation mode to ‘PIR sensor active during the night only,’ I was able to prevent the lights from turning off immediately. It’s a simple fix, but it makes a big difference in functionality!
