Fibaro RS3 and Aqara Opple Integration for Smart Blinds

Hey everyone, I’m really excited to share my experience with integrating the Fibaro RS3 and Aqara Opple 6-button switch for controlling my smart blinds. :tada:

I’ve been experimenting with different ways to automate my home, and this setup has been a game-changer. The Aqara Opple switch is incredibly reliable, detecting single, double, triple taps, and long presses seamlessly. My goal was to have the blinds open fully when I hold down the first button and close them when I release. However, the RS3 doesn’t support a true stop function, only setting positions. I’ve been researching how to mimic this behavior and would love to hear if anyone has a clever workaround!

On another note, I’ve been exploring the best ways to use smart lighting for different occasions. For example, pairing my Govee LED strips with music has been a blast—Boneless by Steve Aoki really amps up the room’s vibe! :headphones: If anyone has other song recommendations for dynamic lighting effects, I’d love to hear them.

I’ve also been trying to connect my Q990b soundbar to my smart home setup, but I’m running into issues with Wi-Fi selection. It’s frustrating because both my phone and tablet don’t show any available networks. Has anyone encountered this and found a solution?

Lastly, I’m curious about others’ experiences with integrating multiple brands like Fibaro and Aqara. How do you manage consistency across different devices? Any tips or tricks would be invaluable!

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences. Let’s keep the smart home innovations flowing! :bulb::sparkles:
