Hi everyone, I recently purchased a Fibaro Walli roller shutter and successfully paired it with my Homey. However, I encountered some challenges during the calibration process. When I tried calibrating, the shutter would close for about two seconds, then open and close again for another two seconds. This wasn’t the smooth operation I was hoping for!
After some research and trial and error, I found that adjusting the shutter’s parameters made a significant difference. I increased the calibration time to ensure the shutter fully opens and closes. Here are a few tips that might help others facing similar issues:
- Check the motor settings: Make sure the motor speed is appropriate for your shutter’s size and weight.
- Adjust the calibration time: Extend the calibration duration to allow for a complete cycle.
- Test manually: Before integrating into flows, test the shutter manually to ensure smooth operation.
