Hi everyone, I’m really happy with my new HM-OU-CFM-TW MP3 Gong! It works perfectly and adds a nice touch to my home. However, I’ve noticed that there’s a firmware update available for this device. I’ve tried to follow the instructions to update it through the CCU, but I’m stuck. The update option doesn’t seem to appear when I go into the device settings. I’ve restarted the device and the CCU multiple times, but nothing changes. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to successfully update this firmware?
