Firmware Update Issues with Wyze Cam Pan v2

I recently upgraded my Wyze Cam Pan v2 to the latest firmware version 4.49.11.4073, and I must say, I was a bit disappointed with the outcome. The camera, which was working perfectly before the update, now struggles to connect to my 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. I’ve had to reset and re-add the cameras multiple times, but each time, after the QC scan, it fails to find the existing Wi-Fi. This is frustrating because I have two other Wyze V3 cameras on the same network, and they’re functioning just fine.

I’ve reached out to Wyze tech support, and they suggested moving the camera to an extended Wi-Fi network at the far end of my house. Interestingly, the camera connects without any issues there. It seems like there’s some incompatibility or bug in the new firmware that prevents it from connecting to my Infinity router’s Wi-Fi signal. I’ve also noticed the same problem with my outdoor base station, which relies on the router’s Wi-Fi. This has been quite the puzzle to solve!

I’d love to hear if anyone else is experiencing similar issues or if there’s a workaround or fix that I’m missing. In the meantime, I’ll keep experimenting with different network configurations to see if I can find a more permanent solution. If anyone has insights or solutions, please do share them! Thanks in advance for your help.
