When i install fp2 in the aqara app icons dont appear when i or somebody else enter the zone. Anyone Solution?

@thvanwechem If the FP2 isn’t showing the little “person/target” icons when someone enters a zone, it’s usually because detection/zone setup isn’t calibrated well yet. A few things to check in the Aqara Home app:

Mounting height/angle
Make sure the FP2 is installed around 1.4–1.8 m high in a typical home setup (2 m+ can work for larger spaces, but then tilt it slightly downward). -
Set up a proper “Edge” (room boundary) zone
In the app, confirm your room has a clear Edge zone that covers not just the walls, but also the area around the walls that should be excluded—this helps the FP2 understand what’s “inside” the room and improves tracking/icons. -
Mark interference sources
If you have fans, curtains moving, reflective surfaces, or other “noisy” areas, mark them using the app’s “more” zone option so they don’t create confusing targets. -
Run AI Learning once the room is empty
After ensuring nobody is in the room, try entering/exiting and then use the AI learning function to guide the sensor. This often helps icons/targets appear correctly.
