Few day ago, my Fp2 sometimes fail to detect the person.
Could someone face same issue? How can i fix it

Unfortunately, the person in the video is not recognised as a person, as can be seen from the symbol on the card:
This may be because the FP2 was not installed at the optimum height and/or because the AI Person Detection option is activated. This setting should be deactivated. If this does not help, the question would be what height the FP2 was installed at.
Also, make sure you are using the latest firmware.
Have you disabled AI Person Detection?
Can you take a photo of the FP2?
Is there something causing interference?
Perhaps a fan, a heater, or something similar?
