FP2 Multi Person Issues

Anyone else having trouble with multi-person detection on an FP2? I have three of them, and consistently if someone moving walks in front of someone stationary relative to the sensor, the stationary person is lost on the map. This usually clears presence for the room after the moving person walks out of the room. Not sure if there’s a way to improve the installation!

Yeah I think this is my case too. My girlfriend is smaller than me and I’ve realize that it’s easier for the sensor to prioritize my location instead of her. Sometimes she is in front of the sensor and still not been seen. If I approach it sense me

Hello and welcome to the forum.did you try running the AI detections when that happens this way the AI can learn more?and what version your FP2 have installed?

Ai detection will help.

Happens to me all the time! It only detects one person and as soon as I leave the room, even though someone else is in the room, the lights turn off! It’s so frustrating!

Did you contact Aqara support?as they could investigate more about your issue
