FP2 problem with lights being turned off

I have 2 automations.

1. On presence turn on lights
2. On absence for one minute turn off lights.

I’ll be in the room. Lights on. No issues. Wife will come in room, and leave. A minute later, lights go off leaving me in the darkness. Look at the app and presence is still on. How do I fix this?
