Hi every one, i got trouble with the FP2 sensor that it could not sync to homekit, however in the homekit show alot of sensor zone.
What can i do now,
@phamquyen0201 Hello! It sounds like you’re experiencing a syncing issue with your FP2 sensor in HomeKit. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this:
-
Check Network Connection: Ensure that both your FP2 sensor and HomeKit hub (like an iPhone, iPad, or HomePod) are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. The devices need to be on the same local network to communicate properly.
-
Restart Devices: Turn off and restart both the FP2 sensor and your HomeKit hub. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary connection issues.
-
Wi-Fi Settings: Make sure that your Wi-Fi network does not have AP Isolation enabled and that mDNS functionality is enabled. These settings can prevent devices from communicating on the same network.
-
Re-sync Devices: Try removing the FP2 sensor from HomeKit and re-adding it. You can do this through the device management interface in the Aqara Home app.
-
Reset if Needed: If the above steps don’t work, consider resetting the FP2 sensor to its factory settings and setting it up again. Note that this will erase all configurations, so you’ll need to reconfigure it.
If the problem persists, it might be helpful to reach out to the Aqara support team for further assistance. You can contact them via the Aqara Home App by navigating to Profile > Help & Feedback > Customer Service, or by scanning the provided QR code:
I hope this helps, and feel free to share any updates or additional questions you might have!
Sorry, i dont know how to perform the 4step
