- Multi-person spatial awareness: The FP400 uses mmWave radar and AI to detect multiple occupants in a room and track their movement in real time — including headcount and dwell analytics like how long people stay and how far they walk.
- Posture detection: Unlike earlier presence sensors, it can distinguish whether someone is standing, sitting, or lying down
Real-time analytics: It provides live person tracking , not just simple motion or occupancy — enabling richer automations and insights for both residential and commercial use
Spatial automation triggers: Because it delivers granular data (position, posture, counts), users can build advanced automations — for example, adjusting lights or thermostat based on whether someone is seated vs. lying down
The FP400 will have Matter and Thread features vs Wifi only.
