FP300 Presence Multi-Sensor pairing failed

I have an FP300 Presence Multi-Sensor that worked perfectly with Matter (Apple HomePod mini) until yesterday — although it always needed to be reset after a power outage. Yesterday I changed my internet network and restored all my home automation devices without any issues, but I haven’t been able to pair the FP300 with Home Assistant, and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Since it’s giving me trouble, I was thinking about using it via Zigbee instead. However, I believe it’s not yet supported by my Sonoff universal hub (I have it because I use a lot of home automation devices). Is it currently possible to connect the FP300 through Zigbee?

Thanks a lot for any help!

Hey @ihsack87 are you asking about adding the FP300 to Sonoff or generally?
With an Aqara zigbee hub you can it of course…
But the Sonoff I don’t think it’s implemented yet

Thanks a lot for your reply. I’m actually trying to pair it — ideally via Zigbee with a Sonoff hub, since I don’t have an Aqara hub. Alternatively through Matter, though I’m not sure why that’s not working either right now…
