Does anybody know that the FP300 work with the E1 hub. I try to connect the FP300 but it is like the FP300 dosent pair with the Zigbee
@lrm2079 The Aqara Presence Multi-Sensor FP300 does work with the E1 hub when in Zigbee mode. According to the product details, switching to Zigbee mode unlocks compatibility with classic Aqara Hubs like the E1, allowing integration into your existing smart home system.
To pair via Zigbee: Open the Aqara Home app, enter the “Home” tab, select the “+” in the upper right corner to access the “Add Device” page, choose the FP300, scan the pairing code, select the Zigbee protocol for firmware download, and then bind it to your E1 hub.
If you’re still having trouble, double-check that you’ve followed these steps correctly—sometimes pairing issues can be resolved by ensuring the hub is in range (the E1 hub typically works best within 7-10 meters with no more than two walls between devices) and that the FP300 is in Zigbee mode.
