The FP400 looks awesome with the upgrades they put in. I’m on the fence about going with these vs Everything Presence Pro in a new build with ~30 in ceiling mounted sensors. I just really wish these had PoE built in so they could be networked by wire and I wouldn’t have to use a bunch of PoE to usb c adapters

Agree I’d buy it full price instantly if it has POE but I feel like it’s unlikely for these consumer devices to have POE

Also more likely that it will be much bigger if poe is added and also not appealing to usual consumers.

Did I miss the full feature list somewhere?
Do you have enough PoE drops for this? I struggle thinking of using an ethernet drop or port for just a presence sensor.
Do you know if the FP300 battery powered or needs a power supply?
It is batteries powered
This type of sensors can’t be made as you want because adding such connection it could make the sensor bigger and not so very user friendly because to find the right place for it depends on each house or apartment and because they are not build the same , many will can’t even connect it.that is why this sensores that can be placed anywhere is better with power cord and not PoE.more convenient to place
