Hello everyone, I’m reaching out because I’m encountering an issue with my freeze wash function. My system was installed in September 2023, and it’s still quite new. I recently received an alert indicating that a freeze wash was needed. I turned off all units as instructed, but I’m unable to start the freeze wash process. I’ve tried using both the physical remote and the app, but neither seems to work. When I attempted the clean mode on the remote for each unit, it worked fine, but when I tried freeze wash again, nothing happened. I’ve attached a screenshot from the app for reference.
