During the day, I have a specific zone marked for monitoring, focusing on the parts of my property where activity is expected. But at night, especially when it’s quiet, I want to expand the monitored area to include the street for any unusual activity.
Here’s how I made it work: I set up two separate zones in Frigate—one for daytime and another for nighttime. Using Frigate’s built-in scheduling, I automatically switch between these zones based on the time of day. It’s all handled seamlessly without any manual intervention!
