Same here in Italy. Alexa integration stopped at 17pm CET and can’t join again (network error)

Any updates??? Google home automation with aqara doesnt work now!!!

They still haven’t even as much as acknowledged an issue let alone provide an email explaining the issue and expected resolution.

Did the IT department just say “F it it’s Friday, we’ll just work on it Monday”?

My automations in Alexa like door and window sensors opening to turn on Philips Hue devices are not working either. Feels like an Aqara issue cause the app doesn’t recognize the sensor changes unless you refresh the screen in the Aqara app.

Had same issue. Yesterday, I had a error -500 after disabling my skill from Alexa (after performing trouble shooting via Google). This was resolved after 8 hours and now can bind to Alexa. Now, none of my child devices are working in Alexa. The Aqara app detects sensors- but jump across the Alexa- nothing! And as a result, none of my Alexa routines are performing as expected. My region setting is Australia and corresponds to Alexa. Every thing was working perfectly until yesterday. Looks like Aqara have made a fatal update. Would be nice if they provides us with updates! Hope they fix this immediately l!!!
