I’ve installed the G100 camera. After that I discovered a problem with the spotlight. After motion it will switch on, but never switch off again. I tried different settings in the ‘video settings’ section of the software, but without a good result. Settings are set on night vision and automatic, but the spotlight keep switching on. Please can you advise me how to solve this problem,
I’m using the same settings as you and I don’t have any issues with the spotlight. If I were you, I would try doing a factory reset on the camera and test it again. If the problem persists, you can contact technical support by email at support@aqara.com.
