Hi Aqara, please urgently fix the G100 (and potentially the others as well)! The camera switches off when exposed to direct sunlight. Why is this happening and please provide a fix or advise what camera is resistant to direct sunlight exposure. Otherwise I will jump to other brands who do have no issues with direct sunlight exposure. Cheers, Bart
Hi Bart, if the G100 isn’t placed under direct sunlight, then the issue you described is not normal.
