Hi @heliteck, welcome to the Forum!

The reset process for G100 is the following:

  1. Plug in the G100 and let it power up.
  2. Look for the small reset opening at the back.
  3. Hold the reset button with a pin for 10 seconds.
  4. The camera light blinks, then it’s reset.
