Hi, does someone else also experience the camera G100 detecting often things, which are not there at the moment? Are there any settings which worked better for you? Is the report feature in the app worth reporting (does that help)?
What specific false alarm events are they? Can you provide screenshots of the app logs or videos? We have greatly enhanced the sensitivity of motion detection in the new firmware of G100, which has the advantage of not easily missing key events.
Thank you for your answer. Often it triggers “animal” and “cat” but on the videos is no cat. Sometimes there are cats walking around in the camera area resulting triggering alarms without a cat on the clip.
