G100 Local Storage Issue

I have a new G100 and when I try to use local storage it says ‘Failed to load’.

Any ideas?

Have you formatted the card? Or is it brand new. FAT32 is the preferred format for most Aqara products.

It’s also possible to have a bad card. Does it work in anything else?
