G3 Hub local storage Creates directories but doesn't send file

The Aqara hub creates the directories but never send the files.

I’m at wits end…tried changing drives…no help.

On the SD card the files exist, but the hub never sends the files to the hub.

Any suggestions welcome.

So, do you mean saving locally on a NAS? If that’s the problem, I had the same situation. I created a dedicated post. Then I finally solved it by simply resetting the Camera Hub G3’s network settings. I set the save directory to the NAS and everything worked.

I am using a share off a Apple Mini (M4). I used this in the past on an older Mac Mini, but decommissioned that machine. On the new one it never transfers the files only creates the directories…

I’ll take your advise and reset the hub…(actually I’ll wait until tomorrow since t_mobile fiber is being installed and I’ll switch it to the Wifi and network…
