G4 Doorbell fails to reset

I have an Aqara Doorbell I moved to a new house. I had removed the device from the old home network. Now I cannot connect to the new network. I have tried several resets such as holding the button on bit the doorbell and the chime for 10 seconds, 10 consecutive taps of the top button of the chime etc. I cannot get the “Reset Successfull” notification or the “Ready to Connect” prompt to pair it. Out of options.

Alternatively, check in your application whether it is allowed to remove devices from the system. If it is prohibited, then there may be such problems.

I don’t have a G4.
And why doesn’t the G4 have protection against deletion in the settings like the G5 and E1 cameras?

There is such a function in the G4 settings - security.
