G4 video doorbell

I am unable to update my G4 video doorbell.
The update from where is failing at 90%.

I have seen multiple complaints about the same issue on my Google search.

I have tried resetting the doorbell and the chime and followed the online steps multiple times without any success. I am able to add the doorbell back to my account but there is no video feed or chime working even though chime is able to connect to the Internet without any problem

Is there anybody who can help?

Hi @b5bmvczsq8 how far is the chime , doorbell and router away? I recommend to bring all together as far as possible also with the phone you try to start the update!
