Just installed the Aqara G400 and have iPhone instant call settings so it looks like someone is ringing me like a normal phone call.
However, the call never ends … it goes on continuously until I swipe or reject. Very annoying if the phone is left in the office or another room.
Normal iPhone calls stop after a few rings if unanswered. Why does this not happen with the doorbell calls?

That’s interesting. I had no idea that feature had already been integrated. I thought Aqara had only been considering it so far.

This feature seems to be fairly new, so it’s possible that setting the timeout was overlooked. Have you reported the issue to Aqara Support yet?
Not reported yet, will do so now. Just wondered if others had the same problem.
Yes I have the problem so much so I’ve switch it off, the notification does not follow the notifications defaults I’ve setup in Android, very annoying they the device continuously vibrates the phone even when I’ve told the notification to not vibrate. It will continually vibrate until the notification is answered.
Aqara this needs looking into as a matter of urgency
Yes agreed we need a way to turn this notification off or disable.
It rings my phone as well as tablet. And keep ringing it until it is acknowledged.
I agree this is annoying. I can see my devices ringing indefinitely unless I go and either pick up or cancel the call, should end on its own after a few rings.
any update on this? we may send our doorbell and one of my aunties doorbell back. really annoying that phone keeps ringing when somebody press the doorbell button. just give a simple nottifications like reolink does.
