G400 Will Not Stay On In The Dark

My G400 works fine during daylight hours, but as soon as the sun goes down it turns off and is no longer connected. When the sun comes up the next day it reconnects and works fine. If I turn the outside light on at night the doorbell will immediately reconnect and be fine, but if I turn the light off the G400 turns off and disconnects again.

Hi, this is a power supply problem with the G400. Explanation. The power supply has a low current, at night the infrared backlight turns on, which consumes additional current. There is a voltage drop and video calls stop working. As soon as you turn on the light, the infrared backlight turns off and the G400 works again.
