Tried adding to HomeAssistant via Scripted. There is no plugin for Aqara currently So I added the camera via ONVIF pluging. It was unable to automatically configure settings, as some things it could not read from the doorbell.
As well, when I did get it to work, 2 way audio did not work. Is there any plans to test the G400 to work with homeassistant/scrypted?
Yes it is a homekit device natively. But I want to do more with the video and detection than Apple allows natively.
Use RTSP plugin in Scrypted.

This is the best answer. Though you won’t get 2-way audio.
Can you pair to HomeKit natively and then also run the RTSP into Scrypted for your advanced detections?
Guess u didn’t read the part where i did that, and it did not auto configure and came up with errrors
Already did that… does anyone read? But there were errors and issues
My question to aqara was if they would properly support ONVIF properly
Hi @86_nettle_clovers You said you used the Scrypted ONVIF plugin. You had two users suggest you use the RTSP plugin to bypass your errors. These are different. So yes, we read what you wrote, but obviously we are crossing wires and there is a misunderstanding
Since you want to deal with ONVIF specifically - I just tested it. Skip the auomtated configuration, then enable “onvif doorbell.” This seemed to be enough to get mine working.
You always check out the Scrypted discord for more help specific to scrypted.

FYI adding to Scrypted with ONVIF plugin is not the same as using RTSP plugin.
