Guys how can reset the G410 after a tamper alarm. I switch it on during the installation and I can switch it off now

This setting is hard to find, I agree. Under the device, go the settings, AI Detection, Tamper Alarm - Turn OFF. You wouldn’t look here naturally.

i came here to say that this is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. youve got to create a button or a toggle that i can switch PREEMPTIVELY so that i can change the batteries. frankly, i was excited about this device and the door lock i bought with it, but theyve both been a disappointment. worse is that the problems ccould be fixed with software updates. if you gave a crap

I had the same issue today, disturbing a whole neighborhood because of crappy bad software design. Aqara has the worst mobile app design ever, which is why I can’t stand using it and only open it when I must change settings otherwise unavailable in other ecosystems I’m using. It’s a huge shame and I guess you, Aqara, should be aware you can’t continue in 2026 with this mess. The settings for more complex aqara devices are totally non-intuitive and seem designed by a mindless robot. You must do something about this!
