Hello, does anyone still have the problem that the notifications sometimes take between 2-10 minutes until they appear on the mobile phone?

You can try checking your device’s settings for adjustments:
- For Xiaomi: Go to App Management → Authorization Management → Auto-start, and set Power Saving Strategy to “No restrictions”.
- For OPPO: Check App → Auto-start or Battery Management → App Power Consumption Management.
- Additionally, ensure notifications are enabled for the Aqara app in both the app’s own settings and your device’s system notification settings.

Unfortunately, this is the case on all devices. Sometimes it arrives immediately, but unfortunately always very minutes delayed.
