G410 disconnecting at night and failing to update at night

I’ve had to factory reset G410 multiple times but every time it’s due to attempting to update to the latest firmware. If I factory reset it only works during the day. If I update it at day or night it starts to have network errors.

Ensure the distance between your G410 doorbell and the repeater (if used) is no more than 5 meters, and check for potential Wi-Fi interference in the area (like other electronic devices or thick walls) .

Next, restarting devices often helps with network glitches. Try cutting off power to the G410, wait a minute, then restore power. Also, restart your router to refresh the network .

If the update still fails, you could try updating via a personal hotspot to rule out home network issues: Use one phone to set up a 4G personal hotspot, connect another phone to this hotspot, then try connecting and updating the G410. After updating, reconnect it to your main Wi-Fi .

Additionally, make sure your gateway and Aqara Home App are on the latest versions—outdated software can sometimes cause update hiccups .
