My G410 does not record during the day anymore, in the early morning, late in the evening or at night there is no problem. The doorbell detects a lingerer but when i want to see the video it was not recorded, live view will also only work occasionally. Is there any solution or is anybody experiencing the same issue? Thanks.

What direction does the doorbell face? South or SouthWest? Does it get a lot of midday sun?
Hi Robert, doorbell is facing full south , direct sunlight from 10h till 18h.

You may want to jump in here. There is a known is introduced in one of the recent firmware updates which Aqara is working on.
Doorbells in the sun are a problem for a number of reasons - overheating, washed out images. My door faces south and the sun absolutely destroys doorbells. I’ve started using covers and UV film over the lenses (though I haven’t tried this yet on the round aqara lens).
