G410 doorbel playback issues

I have two issues with G410 doorbell playback functionality.

  1. I am storing video locally in hub’s SD card. It works fine if the doorbell is connected to the internet, but if it is not connected to the internet - I am not able to see video playback. What is the point of storing video locally, if you can see it only then the doorbell is connected to the internet?

  2. Playback has time issues. In my screenshot time is 20:25. Playback displays 21:25 and in video added watermark displays 19:25.

For the first issue where local SD card playback requires an internet connection: According to the troubleshooting guidelines, viewing SD card video playback does require an active network connection. This is because the Aqara Home App needs network access to retrieve and display the video data stored on the SD card.

For the second issue with time discrepancies (screenshot time 20:25, playback display 21:25, watermark 19:25), it seems you’re experiencing video playback time inconsistencies.
