G410 doorbell and chime

Been trying to set up G410 doorbell. Initially scan codes on chime were not working. But after multiple tries and reset i was able to get scanned in aqara app.
Wifi verified 2.5 band.
Chime and doorbell diatance is less than 6-7 meters.

However, doorbell is not working as expected. It doesn’t video stream in app at all.
Any resolutions? Firmware checked to be up to date.

Check if G410 is updated to the latest version? Try placing the internal module closer to the external one and check the broadcast, if the problem is not solved, you need to contact Aqara support.

you can try the steps below\w:

  1. Unplug the doorbell, and plug it again. (reinstall the battery if you use the battery)
  2. Wait for 2 minutes and click the doorbell button, check if you hear sound from chime.
  3. If not, please move it close to the chime and click the doorbell button again
