G410 Doorbell and Google Home

Good afternoon to everyone,

I just purchased an Aqara G410 doorbell and am having trouble connecting it to Google Home, both with the Nest Mini and the Google Nest Hub Gen 2. Sometimes the doorbell notification sounds even though no one has rung the bell, even though I have disabled all notifications in the Aqara app except when someone rings the doorbell.

Also, when the doorbell is actually pressed, sometimes it rings and sometimes it doesn’t, and the camera never appears on the Google Nest Hub 2 screen when the doorbell rings. The camera also cannot be viewed from the Google Home app.

How can I fix this so that everything works properly with this system? Anyone with this problem?
