Seen a few people ask this now and im in the same boat.
Is there a way to lower (or even turn off) the chime the actual door bell makes when pushed?
The app allows you to adjust speech volume as well as the internal ringer but not the bell itself.
Could this be a future update?
Just to give context why its directly below my bedroom and in an alcove for the door, it does not feel too loud during the day but at night its like the phantom of the opera has started playing on his organ!

We have received your request and are currently evaluating it. The default ringtone for G410’s outdoor doorbell has been set to a very low volume. I suggest that you reset the doorbell by pressing the indoor chime function key 10 times, and then rebind the doorbell to observe if the sound decreases. If possible, please provide a video of the outdoor doorbell ringing sound for me to confirm. We are also reviewing the feasibility of supporting outdoor doorbell volume adjustment.
Addendum: Please update the doorbell firmware to the latest version first, then restore it to factory settings and rebind it.
thanks for getting back to me. to be honest its not actually that loud, its more due to the location of where it is and the echo it generates making it sound so much louder
