Good morning. I recently got a G410 doorbell.
Honestly, it is everything I was looking for in a doorbell and I am very satisfied with its functionality.
I only have two major issues with it …
I had to turn off the linger detected notification because when I look at my log, it appears to be detecting a linger every 2 to 5 minutes throughout the entire day. Obviously there’s no one there. There’s not even much movement and it has not been very windy or breezy. A workaround is to obviously turn off the notification, but I’m still concerned that:
a) it’s going to use up the battery much much faster and
b) it would be useful to actually be able to use the lingerer detected setting.
2 ) I was having issues with video “network connection” issues and I thought it was placement but 2 hours later it worked throughout the day and night. It seems like it was affected by the sun’s position across from it. I read others mention this too. Any fix coming for that? It wasn’t very hot out when it happened. 51F.
I’m having this issue also, lingerer detected multiple times per minute. I’ve tried power saving mode and it happens with this enabled also which is odd as it’s supposed to be disabled when power saving mode is selected.
It’s resulting in the battery draining within 24 hours.
