I’m thinking about ordering the G410 doorbell. I don’t have an existing doorbell. Would rather have it hard wired instead of using batteries. Is it possible to have it plugged into a wall using the connections on the back of the doorbell?
Yes, absolutely! As shown in the image, simply connect the two bare wire ends from the power adapter or transformer to the two screw terminals on the back of the doorbell.

Yes it is. Indeed, you can often find the power supply on some Aqara web sites. However, you don’t need to use Aqara’s. I actually use the power supply I’d installed for my Netatmo doorbell that I replaced with Aqara G4, and now G410. You can also power the keypad for the U200 off the bottom of the doorbell.

That’s how I installed mine. Just left out the batteries and connected the two wires. The small speaker/hub is just inside my door. The QR code is on that hub. I also have it connected to my W200 thermostat. I also like that my TV shows who is ringing the doorbell.
