I have a non functional G410; everything looks good with in the ApP but no video. I have disconnect and reconnected, still no video. Everyone once in a while a snapshot will show, but no video. The bell is flashing blue LED.
I have checked be power source and also tried battery only; same results.
That’s frustrating! Yes, let us know a little more about your network and let’s see if we can guide you. If it is flashing blue continuously that means it isn’t connecting to your network. If it’s solid blue that means its connected.
I have a problem with the camera myself… basically every morning I have to restart the camera because otherwise the image jerks, and then the image jerks every time someone is at the doorbell or rings it. The signal is at full strength.
If it flashes blue, it indicates that the camera / chime could not successfully establish a Wi-Fi connection.
You can hold down 5-10 seconds the button on the chime until the network reset.
