G410 visitor (Verweiler) recognition doesn't work anymore

Hi folks,

since a couple of weeks the visitor (Verweiler) recognition doesn’t work anymore. I’ve the bell connected w/ wired power, local SD card with enough space on it, no HomeGuardian (testphase expired). The button for this feature is activated.

Any hints are welcome.

Try changing the settings: duration of stay, detection range and check, I advise you to try changing the proximity trigger setting.
