I have a fairly new (purchased in January 2026) G410 doorbell hub. When bound with apple home it worked flawlessly for 2 months. Recently, the product completely stopped detecting motion, no notification of people in the area was given, and the only time it did notify correctly was if either apple home was open and actively viewing camera or aqara app was open and doing the same. I have factory reset, checked connection, checked battery, reconfigured settings as to how I had them, and nothing. I am boxing the product up and it will never be of use again. I’m very disappointed especially with how much of a hype this product was. I’d love to see a fix for this issue but even if there was, I’m highly unlikely to use this product again

I’m having the same issue.
Exact same issue with my G410. It would be nice if the forums actually showed what any resolution to the issue may have been so that others can see what the results were.
I haven’t experienced that problem yet.
- Maybe it’s the firmware? Which version are you using?
- Or could it be the power supply? What type of battery or power transformer are you using?
- Is it possible that the app permissions are causing this, specifically regarding Background App Refresh or Background Data? What are your settings, and are you using iOS or Android?
