Hi Folks, I love my three G5 pro POE cameras. However about once every two weeks the cameras go offline? I have to manually disconnect the cameras from the POE source for 30 seconds, plug them back in to get them back on line. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Quick question to narrow down the cause: When you say “about once every two weeks”, is this a fairly consistent pattern (e.g. exactly 14 days), or does it vary significantly? This distinction is important to differentiate between network-settings issues (like DHCP leases) and random firmware crashes.
Also, could you clarify what “offline” means in your case? Is it just showing as inaccessible in the Aqara Home app?
Quick diagnostics for the next time it happens:
- Check the Status LED: Is the LED on the camera flashing (trying to reconnect), solid, or completely off?
- Ping Test: If you know the camera’s IP address, try pinging it from your phone using a network tool app (like Fing or Network Analyzer).
- If it replies to the ping: The camera is alive and on the network, but has lost the connection to the Aqara Cloud/App.
- If the ping times out: The camera’s network interface or the whole unit has frozen/crashed.
