So I have a G5 pro Poe and keep trying to scan the QR code but it keeps failing to add the device. I have two routers a ubiquiti and a Verizon. I have plugged the POE cord into both routers and they both fail please help.

Hello, check if the camera meets regional requirements. The region must match the camera it is intended for (global - Europe)
PoE - 48 volts.
