G5 pro PoE problem

Hi All,

I am having an issue with my Aqara G5 PRO PoE camera.

The camera was added to the Aqara and HomeKit apps, then removed from both apps, and unfortunately, it cannot be added back to the Aqara app.

The app detects the camera, the LED flashes, connecting to it, and after a while a message appears saying "Bluetooth connection timeout” or „ Unknown error ”

The camera has been reset, but to no avail.

Interestingly, it can be added to HomeKit using the Matter code and shows an outdated date (1970.1.1) :slightly_smiling_face:

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Have you tried performing a network reset (press and hold for 10 seconds) or a factory reset (press 10 times quickly)?

Yes, I tried both methods. Unfortunately, without success.

I also changed the region, but it doesn’t help.

Hello, the router, the network equipment was rebooted. I had a case where I didn’t see the camera until I rebooted the router.

Problem solved, the camera had blocked access to the internet on the router.
