Hi all, I’m really excited about setting up my VeraLite system and integrating it with my GE switches and other Z-Wave devices. I’ve been doing some research and stumbled upon the GE Link Starter Pack, which includes the Link Hub and two GE Link A19 Light Bulbs. I’m wondering if these bulbs can work with VeraLite without needing the GE hub, as that would save me some money.
I’ve read that Vera can’t pair directly with these bulbs but there are plugins that might make it work. I’m really curious if the starter pack’s plug-in hub can be controlled via VeraLite instead of buying a separate Wink hub. Any insights or experiences would be super helpful!
I’ve also considered using GE lamp modules, but if the smart bulbs work, they’d be a more affordable option. I’d love to hear if anyone has successfully integrated these bulbs with Vera or if there are any potential issues I should be aware of. Thanks in advance for your advice!
