Hi everyone,
I’m relatively new to the world of smart home automation and have recently set up my CCU3 system along with some HomematicIP devices. I’ve been trying to connect my temperature sensor to my radiator thermostat, but despite many attempts, I haven’t been successful yet. It’s a bit frustrating, but I’m determined to figure it out!
I’ve tried several approaches: grouping the devices together, using the automatic mode settings, and even creating a custom program. Each time, the system doesn’t seem to recognize the connection between the sensor and the thermostat. I’m clearly missing something in terms of how the CCU3 logic works, and I’m hoping someone here can shed some light.
What I’m looking for is a straightforward guide or step-by-step instructions on how to link these devices properly. If anyone has a ‘recipe’ or a simple explanation, that would be incredibly helpful. Alternatively, if there’s someone in the Vienna area who might be willing to meet up and walk me through the process, I’d be very grateful!
Thanks in advance for any advice or support you can offer. I’m really excited about the potential of my CCU3 setup and can’t wait to get everything working smoothly!
Best regards,
Dan
