I recently purchased a Blink outdoor camera and an indoor camera to keep an eye on my dogs. I was wondering if there’s a way to arm and disarm these cameras individually. For instance, I’d love to have the outdoor camera always on for security, while turning off the indoor camera when my dogs are in their crates. If anyone has tips on how to set this up, I’d greatly appreciate it!
Another topic I’m curious about is integrating my Wyze Scale S with my smart home setup. I heard there was a firmware update released recently, but I’m not sure how it impacts Bluetooth connections or battery life. If anyone has experience with this, I’d love to hear your thoughts!
I also wanted to mention the Wyze iOS app logout issue. It’s frustrating when the app logs me out just because I’m on a plane or using a public Wi-Fi network. I think the app should handle offline scenarios more gracefully. I wonder if others have encountered this and if there’s a workaround.
Lastly, I’m looking into setting up cameras for continuous monitoring. I have a Wyze Cam and I’m trying to merge multiple clips into a single video for easier viewing. I tried using iMovie, but it increased the file size significantly. Does anyone know of a better way to concatenate these clips without transcoding?
